There is power in being purposeful.  There is power in practice.

When learning a new skill, it’s easy to fall into the trap of wanting to be up to speed RIGHT. NOW.  Taking the time in the beginning to move slow pays off in the long run.  It helps you develop the muscle memory to allow you to move with precision and speed in the future.  Don’t skip this step.  Slow is Smooth, and Smooth is Fast.
