about Meredith
Meredith Hauck is a PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVE turned STRATEGIST and SPEAKER
who helps her clients gain perspective, get motivated and achieve results through coaching, consulting, facilitation, and retreats.
Pulling from more than fifteen years in local government administration in the Kansas City area, Meredith started her coaching and consulting practice in 2019 and now works with clients and organizations across the country. She spent a career creating order out of chaos, and is known for her calm and steady approach to leadership combined with her willingness to take bold action and “do the thing.”
Meredith’s work took a profound turn in 2023 when she survived Stage Four Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (blood cancer), an experience that reinforced her commitment to developing a simpler, slower, and more strategic approach to work and life.
When she’s not helping her clients build strong foundations so they can take care of business, you can find her adventuring around Kansas City with her partner James, taking a million pictures of their dogs, creating killer playlists, and chasing the sunset.
