After spending more than 15 years as a public sector executive, I know what it’s like to spend your days - your life - jumping from fire to fire and never having the time or energy to do the strategic work that will actually move the needle.
Battling and beating Stage 4 cancer taught me that “someday” isn’t guaranteed, and now, I’m dedicated to helping individuals, teams and organizations build strong foundations so they can take care of business.
With a blend of expertise in organizational development, leadership, and strategy, I use my experience as a strategist and speaker to help my clients get motivated, gain perspective, and achieve results through coaching, consulting, facilitation, and retreats.
